At Idônea, we are committed to providing our guests with a unique and memorable accommodation and dining experience. Our concept is a “Farm to Table” restaurant, where everything is sourced directly from the farm to the table, and accommodations are also included. Our restaurant is supplied by our own fruit and vegetable gardens, and our protein is sourced from local fishermen and farmers. The meals are prepared by our Chef Ludo. Regarding our accommodation units, we currently have two suites with a view of the infinity pool.
Refund Policy
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 60 days before the scheduled check-in date.
For cancellations made within 60 days of check-in, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged and no refund will be issued.
No-Show Policy
In the event of a no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required at the time of booking. However, additional charges may apply if any damage, loss, or deterioration of equipment, furniture, or other property items is identified during the stay. For more information, please refer to our Booking Policy and Conditions of Stay.
