The data is collected by Azorean Living Management, Lda, under the tax identification number 517220407, with its headquarters at Av. D. João III, n.º 3 3 -D, Ponta Delgada, hereinafter referred to as Azorean Living. When booking with Azorean Living, cancellations are free of charge up to 15 days before check-in. After this period, there will be a penalty of 100% of the reservation.
In cases of no-show – accommodation – the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
All mentioned prices include VAT at the applicable rate. If an overbooking situation occurs (i.e., more reservations than available accommodations) in the accommodation reserved by the Client, the Client expressly acknowledges and accepts that Azorean Living will relocate the reservation to an accommodation of the same category (in any case, ensuring that the quality of the provided accommodation is not inferior to that of the accommodation reserved by the Client), at no additional cost to the Client and without the Client having the right to any compensation from Azorean Living.
On the website www.azoreanliving.com, Azorean Living offers the User the following payment methods via Easypay – Instituição de Pagamento Lda:
a) Credit card (Visa, Mastercard);
b) Multibanco reference;
c) PayPal;
d) MBWAY;
At the time of booking, a specific deposit is required as a guarantee, depending on the property’s characteristics. This deposit amount will be debited 7 days before arrival via bank transfer.
After checkout, Azorean Living will inspect the property to verify if it is in the same condition as at check-in.
If the property is in the same condition, i.e., without damage, the deposit will be fully refunded, and the refund should be made within 7 days after checkout, through the same system, i.e., bank transfer.
If the property is not in the same condition, as referred to in the responsibility term signed by the guest at check-in, we will retain the deposit amount until payment for the damaged elements.
Check-in time from 3:00 PM.
Checkout by 10:00 AM.
Late check-in, after 8:00 PM, will be upon request and is subject to a cost of 25 euros.
Minimum stays of three nights.
All apartments are non-smoking (except in designated areas).
In case of the need to change services by Azorean Living, which is unpredictable and entirely beyond the company’s control, Azorean Living undertakes to provide the client with an alternative solution corresponding to the contracted service, with equal or superior characteristics, with no reimbursement by either party.
